Ajisha Mohammed is an English Language and Soft Skills Trainer, Speaker, Writer, and Coach, currently working in the UAE as an Advanced Cognitive Trainer at Dots and Links Skills Development Center. She also serves as an English Language and Soft Skills Expert and Inclusion Educator at Level Up Training Academy.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Functional English and a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Calicut, along with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Annamalai University. She is presently pursuing her PhD in Psychology at Lincoln University, Malaysia.

Ajisha began her career with the Additional Skills Acquisition Program (ASAP), where she qualified as a Skill Development Executive for government schools in India.

She is a Board-Certified Cognitive Specialist (IBCCES, USA) and has received specialized training from the University of Oxford, UK, where she represented India at the English Language Teachers Summer Seminar 2019. She was also trained as an English Language Specialist with the Ministry of Education, UAE, contributing to curriculum digitisation and implementing plagiarism detection tools during the Covid-19 shift to online education.

With over eight years of multidisciplinary experience, Ajisha has presented seven national and international research papers, published two journal articles, and received two Achievers Awards for her contributions to education and training.
