Level up Training Academy Started off its venture in 2017, unwinding the hidden potential in children and adults, to become the best version of themselves. Our program is designed in such a way that it can be exclusively tailored for each learner based on their requirements, irrespective of their age, or background. Ever since its launch, we have successfully been able to conduct several workshops, series of workshops, orientation and awareness programs, in India and Abu Dhabi.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide learning and skill development opportunities for all, irrespective of their age, background, or educational requirements. We want all the learners to think outside their boxes with us thinking from each one of theirs. No idea is odd, therefore, we provide the required skills for learners, to communicate them better. Be it spoken, written, or even acted out!
Our Mission
Certain skills are not born with, they are acquired with. Level Up Training Academy serves to promote Language and Soft Skills Acquisition in a way that helps learners with any language and special educational needs. We make sure that there is always a chance for the neglected ones in class, the heldback ones in professional settings, and for anyone who wish to polish their skills. We make sure that you no longer have to be left out of groups, or fear any stages or crowds just coz you lack the desired skills. We also work towards providing academic support for learners with special educational needs and others, and to promote independent learning skills in any learners to handle their academics themselves.
Meet our Mentors
Ajisha Mohammed
Academic Director
Ajisha Mohammed is a Cognitive Specialist, English Language and soft skills Trainer, Speaker and Coach currently leading our team as our Head Trainer and Education Method Specialist since 2023.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Functional English and a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Calicut, along with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Annamalai University. She is presently pursuing her PhD in Psychology at Lincoln University, Malaysia.
Ajisha began her career with the Additional Skills Acquisition Program (ASAP), where she qualified as a Skill Development Executive for government schools in India.
She then worked as an Advanced Cognitive Trainer at Dots and Links Skills Development Center, Abu Dhabi.
She is a Board-Certified Cognitive Specialist (IBCCES, USA) and has received specialized training from the University of Oxford, UK, where she represented India at the English Language Teachers Summer Seminar 2019.
She was also trained as an English Language Specialist with the Ministry of Education, UAE, contributing to curriculum digitisation and implementing plagiarism detection tools during the Covid-19 shift to online education.
With over eight years of multidisciplinary experience, Ajisha has presented seven national and international research papers, published two journal articles, and received two Achievers Awards for her contributions to education and training.

Thaznim Masood
Training Specialist
Thaznim is an experienced Science and Mathematics Teacher with over two years of teaching in the UAE, specializing in the British Curriculum. She has also worked as a Kindergarten Teacher in India, focusing on early childhood education.
Beyond her classroom experience, she has served as a Training Coordinator for an online IELTS platform and worked as an Admissions Counselor at Eduraps Technologies, guiding students in course selection and academic planning.
She is actively involved in skill training for children, applying inclusive and adaptive teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs. A KTET-qualified educator, she regularly engages in professional development and has participated in national-level seminars.
Currently, she is also preparing for the Pest Control Supervisor certification exam, expanding her qualifications into public health and safety.
With a well-rounded background in teaching, training, and counseling, Thaznim is committed to creating engaging, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences.

Binu Nij
Mathematics Specialist
Binu Nij is a dedicated Mathematics Teacher with over 15 years of experience, specializing in senior-level mathematics and quantitative aptitude training. She holds a Postgraduate degree in Statistics, a B.Ed in Mathematics, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, giving her a strong foundation in both theoretical and applied mathematics.
She has taught students across IGCSE, CBSE, and university-level programs, and currently handles Mathematics and Quantitative Techniques for undergraduate and postgraduate learners.
Beyond academics, she offers coaching for major international exams, including SAT Math, ACT Math, GRE Quantitative, AP Math, and other global aptitude tests.
Her teaching emphasizes conceptual clarity, strategic problem-solving, and exam-focused preparation. She is recognized for structured learning plans, personalized revision support, and clear, simplified explanations.
With strong analytical and teaching expertise, she engages actively in professional development. Passionate and student-centered, she aims to build confidence, competence, and long-term academic success.

Rahiba Nasrin
Trainer/Psychologist
Rahiba Nasrin is a Consultant Psychologist and Learning Support Assistant with over two years of professional experience in the UAE. She has worked extensively with children with learning difficulties, ADHD, Autism, and behavioral challenges, providing individualized support and structured intervention plans. Rahiba holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has completed strong professional internships that strengthened her skills in behavioral therapy, child development, and psychological assessment. She is also certified in ABAT, IBT, and ABA, with thorough training in Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Rahiba is deeply passionate about children and their learning development, focusing on enhancing cognitive skills, academic abilities, communication, and positive behavior. With her empathetic approach, strong classroom support skills, and commitment to student progress, she strives to create inclusive and nurturing learning environments where every child can grow confidently and reach their fullest potential.

Shaimaa is a dedicated Arabic and English trainer with over nine years of teaching experience in language schools, both internationally and in the UAE. She has also worked as a social worker in Egypt, focusing on creating supportive and inclusive learning environments.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, which enhances her ability to support students’ social, emotional, and educational needs.
Shaimaa has been responsible for providing social and educational support within school settings, designing lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles, and ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed. She also has extensive experience supporting students with special needs and helping learners develop essential life and social skills.
